1. Create your own database
Create your own database containing your valves, their characteristics, specifications, operating status, location... This database can be accessed and managed via the modec connect webpage and you can also keep access to it wherever you are with your mobile phone.
2. Get key information about operating status of your valves
For each operation, obtain all the key information you need to know about the operating status of your valves (static and dynamic torque required to open, close, stroke, number of turns, position, etc.) and record them for comparison and monitoring. Identify valves “on alert” and leave photos and comments to facilitate future curative or preventive maintenance operations and avoid unplanned production shutdown.
